As a courtesy to our customers for the NEW SEASON, We are Providing Crating and Shipping at NO Charge to you.
Please furnish us with the following information:
Items in Stock: Approximately 10 days to 2 weeks; from receipt of payment of confirmed funds for items in stock.
Items on BACK ORDER: Are paid in 2 payments.
Delivery: Approximately 3 to 4 months; from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry.CUSTOM ORDERS: Are paid in 2 payments.
Delivery: Approximately 3 to 4 months; from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry.
Returns: Each sale is final. All custom orders are non changeable and non refundable. Once a custom sculpture or statue is approved and we have begun the next phase of production we cannot make any additional changes and therefore our company cannot accept a return or refund your payment once your final approval has been made and signed off.
Shipping Terms: HC Marble Sculpture will ensure the piece is in mint condition and crated properly before releasing it to the shipping/transportation company. We ship all items insured for their full value. "The customer MUST INSPECT THE ITEM for concealed damage," and if any damage has occurred, the customer must promptly make an insurance claim with the responsible freight carrier.
HC Marble Sculpture is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred while in transit, as we will have insured the item through the freight carrier. Any damage that ocurrs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company and must be addressed with them.

* Your crated item is then weighed and measured. A quote and estimated delivery time is then provided to our Shipping Department from the freight Co. so we can make the arrangement for your shipment to be picked up.
* We inform the Freight Co. your shipment is crated and the freight company comes to pick up the ready to be delivered crated item.
* Once the company has picked up your item we will provide you with a telephone number and a pro tracking number so you can find out the status of the item in transit.
